Join author Pete Davis and Wichitans Danielle and Brandon Johnson for a conversation on commitment, civic participation, and how choosing something meaningful and sticking with it strengthens organizations and communities. Davis' viral Harvard Law School speech and book Dedicated: The Case for Commitment in an Age of Infinite Browsing sparked a national conversation about commitment, participation, and community.
During the event, the Library will also launch its new Civic Action Passport, an initiative designed to encourage people across Wichita to participate in community life through simple, meaningful actions. The public event is free and open to the public. Read more and register.
